Hucks in talks with Toronto
Ex-City star Darrren Huckerby was expected to open talks with Toronto FC yesterday about a possible move to the Canadian MLS side.
Toronto general manager, former Scotland star Mo Johnston, said that Huckerby had some “slight concerns” about the state of the club's playing surface with regards to his injury situation, but believed they were not serious.

Norfolk ring the changes
New-look Norfolk face Hertfordshire tomorrow with skipper Carl Rogers insistent that his side can cope with the absence of some key players.
Carl Amos, Jaik Mickleburgh and Ben Patston are all missing from the batting line-up while spinner George Walker and seamer Mark Thomas are also unavailable, so Norfolk have handed a debut to Fakenham paceman Ben Smart, with batsmen Ollie Higenbottam and Rob Purton both making just their second county appearance.

A record number of athletes will take part in the Norwich Triathlon with two races taking place on the day.
Hundreds of athletes will be lining up tomorrow morning to compete in an Olympic distance triathlon and a “sprint”, at Whitlingham.
