Some of the spookiest stories imaginable haunt the ruins of Norfolk's ancient abbeys, castles and churches. Headless monks, clashing armies, a drowned smuggler, decapitated horses, blood-curdling curses, and even a death-dealing demon dog, are said to throng the county.
